Throw the Best At-Home Spa Party

Whether it’s for a birthday party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, or if you’re just looking to get some friends together and do something fun, an at-home spa party is a great way to treat your friends to a fun and memorable experience. But doing so takes a bit more work than just putting some nail polish out for them to choose from.

Set the Spa Party Scene

Spa Parties don’t need to be drab. Turn on some fun tunes that you and your friends love to sing along too. Lively music keeps the vibes up and the energy flowing even when everyone is relaxing.

If you’re proving different wellness and beauty services, put together some signage like you’d see at an actual spa – like “Relaxation Zone” for the massage room and “Glam Center” for a makeup station. We love using Canva.com for inspiring and easy to edit signage!

Put out pitchers of water with sliced cucumbers and lemons – just like they serve at spas. Mixed nuts and cheese and crackers are also great for spa parties because they’re easy to eat in between services and don’t fill you up too much. We also love non-alcoholic sparkling wine with strawberries!

Use a Mobile Spa Service

Clearly this is our favorite tip, but it really does make an at-home spa party so much easier. With Spa Theory you can offer your guests a variety of beauty and wellness spa services including massages, facials, hairstyling, makeup, henna, manicures, and pedicures. Each can also be tailored to the specific needs of the event.

Dress to Impress

Spa parties are all about relaxing. A fun way to get all your guests in the mood is to provide embroidered robes when they arrive. Robes and slippers also make for great take-home gifts for guests. And getting pictures of the guests together in matching robes is a fantastic keepsake of a wonderful day together!
