A highly experienced and professionally vetted beauty or wellness provider will come to you.
How does Spa Theory vet the professionals in its network? Our professionals are fully qualified, licensed, and insured. We only work with the best in the industry after completing background checks, a 1-on-1 interview, along with a demonstration of the services they provide.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment? You can read the full rescheduling policy here.
What happens if I am running late? We offer a 15-minute grace period for both you and the therapist. We value our professionals' time, and therefore, if you are over 15 minutes late, you will be charged $1 per minute for the time the provider needs to wait. If a provider needs to wait for more than 30 minutes, or you don’t show after 30 minutes of the appointment start time, the appointment is automatically cancelled and you are not refunded for the appointment. If a provider does start a late appointment because they were waiting for you, it may need to be shortened and completed at the original end-time in order to accommodate the provider’s schedule as they have other appointments.
What about parking? Our providers will do their best to find a free parking spot. However, if there is no free parking option, the client is responsible for reimbursing the professional directly.
Prepping For Your Appointment
How do I prepare for my spa service? Your provider will arrive at your place a few minutes before your appointment time to set-up. They will bring all tools and products to perform your spa service. However, they will need access to a power socket and running water. Please let the professional know of any allergies that you may have.
Preparing for a Nails appointment. Please have your nails free of any gel, shellac, or any other nail treatments. This is not applicable if you are doing the add-on gel removal service. Please have a comfortable seating area for yourself with extra space for the nail technician to set up.
Preparing for a Massage appointment. Have two flat sheets and a pillowcase on hand for the therapist to use on the massage table and to properly drape you during your massage. Please have space roughly 6ft x 9ft next to the flat surface cleared for the table and therapist. We suggest taking a quick shower prior to the therapist arriving so your muscles are eased and ready for your massage.
Preparing for a Henna appointment. Henna stains the best on clean, dry skin. Please do not apply any lotions or oils to the area where you want your design. It is a good idea to shower and exfoliate before your appointment. Please ensure that you have space for the henna artist and yourself to sit comfortably for the application.
Preparing for a Makeup appointment. Please clear a 5 x 7 area near a flat surface (such as a table or countertop), so our makeup artist can set up. Make sure the room or bathroom is well lit. Try to set your chair by the window so the makeup artist can work in natural light, whenever available. Remove any makeup before the service. Make sure your face is properly cleansed & moisturized before the service.
Preparing for a Hair appointment. Please clear a 5 x 7 area near a flat surface (such as a table or countertop), so our hairstylist can set up. The hair needs to be damp for the blowout appointment. Clean hair is appreciated. It's best to wash your hair a few hours before your hairstyle appointment, so it's fully dry by the time appointment time. If you don't wash your hair every day, we recommend washing your hair the day before your event.
Preparing for a Facial appointment. Please clear a 5 x 7 area near a flat surface (such as a table or countertop), so our esthetician can set up. Please have space roughly 6ft x 9ft next to the flat surface cleared for the table and esthetician. Remove any makeup before the service.
